Founded by Jennifer Gorsline, a mother of 4 Cougars past, Cakes by Jen can be enjoyed by the whole family and also make the perfect gift! Choose from six flavors in various sizes – medium, which serves 6 to 8, and large, which serves 12 to 14. Gluten free options are also available.

Classic Cinnamon Coffee Cake:  Moist, light and layered with dizzying cinnamon and brown sugar goodness. It’s the flavor that started it all!  

Also available in Gluten Free! Medium only. Now everyone can enjoy our cinnamon and brown sugar goodness with our gluten free version of this original.

Order ahead for guaranteed availability and easy pick up on Friday, April 12 or Saturday, April 13 at the Shops on the Green.

Note: All cakes with the exception of Gluten Free flavors freeze beautifully for up to 6 months!
